Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Transfer Policy All registrations are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. As a courtesy, registered participants may transfer their registration one time only to a future class of equal value, provided that: A written request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the original class start date. The future class takes place within 12 months of the original registration date. The participant notifies us of their desired rescheduled date at the time of transfer. Transfers are subject to availability. Once a transfer has been processed, it becomes final and no further changes or transfers will be permitted. Failure to attend the registered class without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. By registering for a class, you agree to abide by this policy.
