We are working hard to develop our own distance learning which will include high resolution images and video demonstrations. Our eLearning will teach the current regulatory requirements as well as our own recommended best practices sharing either scientific rationale or rationale derived from many years in actual practice settings.

Our offerings will include integrated knowledge checks where the learner is asked to apply the information to a situation they may experience. It's not enough to memorize information. We want staff to be able to use information in ways consistent with SOPs always ensuring patient safety comes first.

Our offerings will be fun and will be structured so that once taken initially, learners can "challenge" an eLesson in subsequent years by proving their knowledge instead of just repeating the same eLesson year after year.
